Our services include issuance of all necessary approvals, certificates and permits to allow sales to the countries of EurAsian Economic Union as well as preparation of supplementary documents (technical passports, test reports, official supportive letters and clarifications for the Customs, etc.)

EAC (CU TR) Certificate of Conformity or Declaration of Conformity

This is the most common and demanded type of document that is obligatory for almost all types of goods and equipment: machinery, clothing, ATEX marked equipment, equipment working under excessive pressure, vehicles and spare parts for vehicles,cosmetics, personal protective equipment, toys and other products.

Different Technical Regulations and procedures apply depending on the type of products.

State Registration

Required for various types of liquids, soap and other chemicals, food, goods for children and other products. the HS code of product group is often the indicator if State Registration is needed.

Metrological Certification

Also known as Metrological Pattern Approval (MPA) this certification is required for the majority of measuring instruments and test equipment to be used in all industries and fields of application for official measurements.

Having its mother company officially accredited as the State Measuring Center, EAC Compliance, Inc. is capable to perform metrological approval of very wide range of measuring instruments.

Technical Passports

Technical Passport is the document that arranged in a certain way and contains specifications, technical info, blueprints, indications on equipment handling and usage. Technical Passports are attached to each piece of industrial equipment when delivering to the countries of the Customs Union.

Translation of documents

According to the Customs Union Technical Regulations and Consumer Protection Law user manuals have to be translated into the country's local language. Ordering translation in your own country can be very expensive and the choice is limited. We may offer translation services in a much faster and economical way and we work with the most reliable and effective translators.

Calibrations

After getting metrological approval each measuring instrument has also to be calibrated with certain intervals (usually - 1 year). This calibration is called to verify tool's accuracy and prove that the value given by the tool are correct and true. Parent organization of EAC Compliance, Inc. is accredited to perform official state calibration of tools and instruments.
